ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION 

Date: 07/10/2026 Venue: Principal’s Chamber, Smt. Allum Sumangalamma Memorial College for Women, Ballari.

The Annual Meeting of the Alumnae Association of Smt. Allum Sumangalamma Memorial College for Women, Ballari, was conducted on 7th October 2026 at the Principal’s Chamber. The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members of the Alumnae Association. The meeting was held to discuss important matters concerning the activities and future functioning of the Association. The following major issues were discussed:-

Annual Audit:

Members discussed the annual accounts and the need to complete the Alumnae Association's annual audit systematically and on time.

Free Stitching Training Program:-

The Association discussed offering a free stitching training programme for interested students/women as part of its skill development and social service activities. The members discussed the necessary arrangements and implementation of the programme.

Renewal of the Association:

The members discussed the renewal of the Alumnae Association and the necessary formalities and documentation required for its continuation.

The members actively participated in the discussions and shared their suggestions regarding the effective functioning of the Association. The meeting concluded with a commitment to complete the discussed activities and continue undertaking useful programmes for the benefit of students and the institution.

The meeting concluded on a positive note with the cooperation and support of all the members.
