As part of Vigilance Awareness Week, we organized an awareness program on cybercrime and digital vigilance for the BCom students of our college. The program aimed to create awareness among students about various cybercrimes, online frauds, digital payment risks, and the importance of safeguarding personal and banking information. Officials from Union Bank of India addressed the program and shared valuable information and practical guidance on protecting themselves from cyber fraud and using digital banking services safely. Mr. Rajesh, Chief Manager; Mr. Premkumar, Senior Branch Manager; Mr. Yogendra, Senior Manager; and Mr. Dora Venkatesh, Senior Manager, were present and interacted with the students. They explained the importance of vigilance while using online banking, UPI, ATMs, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
